The most Popular & efficient ink used in the garment printing industry is phthalate free Plastisol ink. Phthalate free is opaque plastisol printing inks which contains PVC but free of phtalates. Screen printing plastisol ink is easy to print, does not dry in the screen, is opaque on dark garments, and features great adhesion to most t-shirt, athletic jerseys, hoodies, heat transfers, and most textiles in general.
DCC partnering with Rutland Plastic Technologies (USA) has developed products to make the screen printing process easier, more attractive, and more profitable. These Plastisol inks are for screen printing cotton, polyester, nylon, Lycra and Spandex.
Plastisol ink can be specially formulated for each of these fabrics as one ink is rarely the best option for all fabrics. We offer all the special formulation needed for foil application, stretch products, 3D effects and even glow-in-the dark effects.
We produce hundreds of standard compounds offering proven performance and exceptional value for thousands of applications.

Digital Acid inks are widely used throughout the textile printing industry for the decoration of synthetic fibers such as nylon (primarily polyamide) as well as natural materials like silk. Acid dyes offer outstanding color and fastness properties allowing for extensive adoption in fashion and swim/sportswear applications where high quality is essential.
Black Horse deliver the excellent quality, purity and stability of ink, ensuring color consistency batch after batch of ink and of printed textile without taking risks with your printer. When applied digitally further benefits of design freedom and detail, reduced water and reduced energy consumption are realized.
Designed for use in high volume production printing systems, Black Horse delivers exceptional print reliability, assuring that producers of high value applications such as swimwear, sportswear and luxury silks benefit from unrivalled color strength and extended color gamut without compromising productivity.
Make the switch to a greener digital textile printing solution that requires no water, no pre treat, no steaming or washing in process. Interest for digital textile printing with roll-to-roll pigment inks is growing, and home textiles are one of the main markets of interest for this technology. The textile pigment ink is for roll-to-roll fabric printing or direct-to-garment printing, which is suitable with a variety of fabrics.
Pigment inks produce strong color combined with excellent application fastness over a wide range of application areas including fashion, home and outdoor textiles where high light resistance is key. Pigment printing is a dry process requiring only thermal fixation. It does not need post washing, resulting in a more sustainable and cost controlled technology.
Textile pigment inks contain a binder and a binding agent, which fix the color to the fibers on heating, and print fabrics with vibrant colors without losing their breathability and water absorbability. A wide range of materials are available for print applications, including apparel, such as T-shirts, signage flags, and more
DCC’s is transforming the textile decoration market with a revolutionary process of digital printing directly onto polyester fabric dramatically reducing water consumption, taking sustainability in textile printing to the next level.
As a pioneer in sustainable printing technologies, DCC has developed Blackhorse water-based disperse ink to transform manufacturing processes by reducing water, energy and chemical use. These inks offer outstanding color and image brilliance with minimal environmental impact and are used for printing polyester fabrics where deep color and optimum fastness are required.
It does not require a steaming or washing process resulting in a more sustainable and environmentally responsible process. To obtain a good fixation, it is recommended to thermally set the printed substrate at 210°C (410°F) for 30s.
Adaptable to any industrial print head, it can be fine-tuned for maximum production reliability in single pass. Blackhorse’s disperse ink meets and exceeds the high demands of the fashion industry.
